Incredible experience with Minami. The starters were great and the mains continued to be even better! Miso Soup and Gyzo. We got the Rainbow, Royal Mile, and California Crunch Roll. All 3 were delicious, fresh, and fulfilling. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for quality sushi in Edinburgh! Be sure to get a booking, they accept walk-ins but getting a booking is the best route! Cheers.

Great little sushi gem! Staff was lovely and sushi tasted great - I would totally recommend coming for a visit. We especially enjoyed the rainbow roll and the mango passion fruit lemonade.As the place is on the smaller side, it's best to book in advance. We were able to get a walk-in spot for 2 but saw people turned away due to lack of space.

absolutely wonderful place! i have been craving Ukrainian sushi for so long, and i was very happy that my friend found this place. please note that they only have 5 tables and no loo. the staff were friendly and i had a lovely chat with them, and the food came quite quickly too :) absolutely give it a try! they have a range of vegetarian and vegan options and very clearly label allergens on the menu

Amazing sushi.Service a tiny bit slow however happy to wait when it is so freshly made.There were 8 pieces in the picture but couldn't resist starting eating!

Best vegan sushi I've ever had. Definitely must try the Hiyashi roll and the kimchi. My partner recommended the cheese roll with shrimp too.

This is a great place to eat Scotland's most delicious rolls and miso soup. I'm thrilled how delicious everything is there. I recommend it to everyone. However, this is my favorite place in Edinburgh now and I will never come back here again.😋

Delicious sushi (Ukrainian style), nice range of soft drinks and smoothies which are different from the norm and friendly service. Best to book (quite a small space) and phone ahead with your order. No loo but close to public loos at St James Centre

I were in this nice sushi bar. There is a small space to sit (just 4-5 little tables) so better to order takeaway. I did it, wait approximately 20 minutes. The sushi small but very tasty and I fill up on just the half of ordered food. The price also great, would recommend to my non-ukrainian friends ❤️‍🔥

Just had an amazing experience at this place. From the moment I stepped in, I was embraced by its cozy and homely ambiance. It's not just about the food here (which, by the way, is absolutely delicious), but also about the warm, welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. The sushi is some of the best I've tasted. Definitely a must-visit spot for anyone craving a taste of home or just some top-notch sushi in Scotland!

A unique wee sushi place run by the Ukrainians. The food is fresh and tastes delicious. Plus, the sushi selection is huge! Our favourite was the Philadelphia one!

Extra delicious sushi, I wasn't even hungry, when we pop in but I it changed instantly with a first bite! So tasty and fresh and perfectly balanced, can't wait to go back and try the rest of the menu!🤤 Also owner treated us with the cup of nice hot green tea and traditional cake, the warmest welcome ever!
