Overview

Refund policies at Minami Sushi Edinburgh are determined exclusively by the restaurant’s own judgment.

Should you have grievances with a takeaway order that was made and received through our direct service, it’s imperative to get in touch with the restaurant on the very day of the incident. We are committed to addressing and resolving any mistakes or dissatisfaction on the day of delivery itself. In certain cases, the restaurant might ask for photographs of, or retrieve, the partially consumed dish.

For orders made through external delivery platforms like Deliveroo, all complaints and interactions should be directed exclusively towards them.

Orders at our restaurant are typically processed immediately upon receipt. Therefore, if you decide to cancel your order, please contact us within 5 minutes of your initial order to qualify for a complete refund. We strongly advise calling us directly for cancellations, rather than using email or social media messaging.

If you encounter issues while dining at the restaurant, please discuss them immediately with the on-duty manager.

Refunds, when approved, will be processed using the same payment method that was used for the original food purchase.
