Food was delicious and service was friendly and attentive. Ended up waiting a fair while just because it was a friday night and they were swamped with delivery orders, but the staff notified us immediately that there would be a wait, were very apologetic and communicated with us every step of the way. Even when a couple of rowdy customers came in and disturbed us, staff came over and were apologetic, made the rowdy people calm down, offered to give us something for free. Wonderful little place with lovely people serving great food, if you dont mind risking a long wait for your food then i heartily recommend eating here

If you are a sushi lover, I can only recommend this restaurant. The quality of the products is impeccable: the fish are incredibly fresh, and each bite is a real pleasure for the taste buds. The menu is varied, with classic options like sashimi and makis, but also original creations that pleasantly surprise.The service is just as remarkable: the team is welcoming, attentive and fast. Had a lovely dinner here a few nights ago. The place is cosy and has a friendly ambiance; the server was very welcoming and approachable. :) We loved our food as well, my favourite were the spicy tuna rolls and salmon onigiri. Rice and seasoning were perfect! Can't wait to come back :)

Don't be fooled by the reviews!!! They asked me to leave a review in exchange for free cheesecake that's really scummy. £41 is definitely not a fair price for the amount of food id received but then again that's the reason they need to offer people things for positive reviews.If you want good value for money go to yes sushi instead they won't come to your table at the end and try and buy your review unlike these cash hungry scum bags.

Best sushi in Edinburgh! The waitress is a very lovely lady, she met me and my friend with a friendly smile. She is very communicative, helpful and making atmosphere in restaurant much better. We ordered sushi set and were absolutely happy with it! The taste was amazing! Can’t wait until next time I’m coming back!!

This is one of the best sushi I ever had! It tasted delicious and portions were decent. Ordered a set menu with prawn, eel, tuna and salmon and a miso soup with salmon, literally everything is so good, definitely gonna be back many times.

Incredible experience with Minami. The starters were great and the mains continued to be even better! Miso Soup and Gyzo. We got the Rainbow, Royal Mile, and California Crunch Roll. All 3 were delicious, fresh, and fulfilling. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for quality sushi in Edinburgh! Be sure to get a booking, they accept walk-ins but getting a booking is the best route! Cheers.

Great little sushi gem! Staff was lovely and sushi tasted great - I would totally recommend coming for a visit. We especially enjoyed the rainbow roll and the mango passion fruit lemonade.As the place is on the smaller side, it's best to book in advance. We were able to get a walk-in spot for 2 but saw people turned away due to lack of space.

absolutely wonderful place! i have been craving Ukrainian sushi for so long, and i was very happy that my friend found this place. please note that they only have 5 tables and no loo. the staff were friendly and i had a lovely chat with them, and the food came quite quickly too :) absolutely give it a try! they have a range of vegetarian and vegan options and very clearly label allergens on the menu

This is a great place to eat Scotland's most delicious rolls and miso soup. I'm thrilled how delicious everything is there. I recommend it to everyone. However, this is my favorite place in Edinburgh now and I will never come back here again.😋

I were in this nice sushi bar. There is a small space to sit (just 4-5 little tables) so better to order takeaway. I did it, wait approximately 20 minutes. The sushi small but very tasty and I fill up on just the half of ordered food. The price also great, would recommend to my non-ukrainian friends ❤️‍🔥

Just had an amazing experience at this place. From the moment I stepped in, I was embraced by its cozy and homely ambiance.
